At launch is is still 2.1 but it interprets Flash on websites nicely.

Cons:
The surface on the back is shiny so it get fingerprints all over it.
Bing is stock search provider

Email is batch enabled so you don't have to delete one-by-one
Huge screen offers a much more pleasureable web experience
Will have Flash 10.1 by end of summer
Large notification to indicate which screen you are currently on
Phone, launcher and contacts are always available on the bottom of every screen
Back is covered with rubber grip
DLNA capable
HDMI out


Cons:
Buttons on front (menu, home, back and search) could be bigger or disguised under touchscreen. They are thin and feel clumsy to strike
