Pros:
Very nice screen size, excellent audio through the speakers
Cons:
No video capabilities! Camera takes low quality photos and has almost no editing features. Very small buttons on keyboard. Battery life very short.
I should have specified that i use both camera and video often. The quality of the ccamera is very low, there are almost no editing options. There is no video capability and wont even play a video message....

Pros:
I love the swivel base with full text keyboard and MP3 player. It replaces my IPOD.
Cons:
Keyboard a little small but that's why the phone is the perfect size that it is. I have not fat-fingered anything yet!
I dropped my first razzle on the carpet and lost all audio but because it was within 30 days it was replaced free with a new one (after 30 days you get a refurbished one up to one year)....
