Incredible amount of tools and solutions, phone, computer, camera and who knows what else. Easy to use and love the voice activated search feature. Has to be the best phone ever. Had two blackberrys and this is far better. The on-screen keyboard is so good that you dont really need the slide out one. They could lighten up the phone by eliminating it.
I'm not a techie by any stretch but so far I'm fairly comfortable with sorting the whole package out

Pros:
screen is super clear, speed is incredible, voice search is way cool, keyboard on screen is super and intuitive spelling feature is a nice help - really don't need the slide out keyboard
Cons:
fairly heavy, just learned that if blue tooth is synced that means for every call, not just when ear piece is in, and it appears only way to end call is to slide open keyboard to get end button on screen??,
