Pros:
Very easy to use and has great battery life. The touch screen is very responsive. pretty durable I have dropped it from about 5 feet and nothing happened!
Cons:
Likes to call people randomly and turn off randomly. It freezes sometimes and its not that big of a deal but if you get the keyboard it leaves marks on the screen from where the keys are.
The versa is and average phone with a few problems and to be honest i am quite happy my upgrade is next month because i have had to get the warranty phone three times now and i'm very annoyed about...

Great phone. I love all the extras on it.

Wish the text board had larger letters.
This phone has some super features. The media video and navigation is wonderful. I also like the way the phone locks. I am very pleased with the phone.
