Easy to use and compact styling.
Cons:
Front keypad often wears out very quickly.

I like ability to get email. Being able to see both sides of conversation in texting. I like Touch Screen.
Cons:
25 mb that comes with Data Package. Is lame. They could offer a better package. Or in between package for Blackberry's. Battery does not seem to last as long, as a newer phone these day's, should

Good for texting and browsing the internet. Its easy to scroll through contacts and other documents with the touchscreen.
Cons:
It doesnt seem very durable and i have to be cautious with it. The battery life is short.
