Pros:
Speed, clarity of screen, amt of free helpful apps, voice initiated texting and emailing. Verizon store reps. were helpful selecting apps that were going to be important to when using phone & did a general setup on the phone...was very knowledgeable. Qwerty keyboard has bigger keys and would be very user friendly if you prefer using one.

Cons:
Didn't come with a sim card like it should have and it was a struggle getting one from a Verizon store rep. (b/c ordered it online). Heavy b/c of qwerty keyboard & haven't used it once like I thought I would due to using the voice initiating option! Battery life totally ridiculous...my only "bad" complaint that is aggravating; however, the good features still far out- weigh this one.

fun phone to use, touch screen works very well

battery life, if you start using a app forget about it your battery starts going so fast
