"3rd Times the Charm! Bloackberry Curve 3G"
Reviewed by Cellular Chloe, on October 21, 2010
This new Blackberry 3G 9330 is available in charcoal gray (yawn!) and Brilliant Fuschia. Whatever color you choose, it is super light at only 3.7 ounces but not much has changed from it's previous versions of Blackberry Curve 8330 discontinued in June of 2010 and the Curve 8530 discontinued in November of 2009.
It is considered a budget Blackberry if you want an entry level Blackberry and don't need the finest bells and whistles. The main thing you'll notice when you pick it up is the nice feel of the rubberized sides and back and how featherlight it is.
Pros:
WiFi
Rubberized back and sides
Music player on top
Caller groups
Search by both first and last name
Left side convenience key
Side buttons are under the rubberized coating
Cons:
Still running OS5 but will be upgradeable
Low screen resolution causes pixelated type in the browser
Only 4.5 hrs talk time
Camera only 2MP, no flash
Tiny keys
