Easy to use and plenty of applications available online. It automatically pulls all events from facebook and puts them on my calendar to view. The contacts are easy to use and assign shortcut keys for speed dialing.

-trackball sticks sometimes -When first using, there are a lot of downloading and complexities that are confusing for a first time user
