great display texts are separated from emails and messages

bad battery life
If you want long battery life-- opt for a different blackberry. If charging everyday isn't a problem then the tour is a great phone-- the keyboard is improved from the last berry generation and the display is great. Perhaps not...

Phone has chip to go international when necessary
Cons:
It does so much, it was a bit complicated to figure out at first.
The phone is perfect for quickly checking on my business emails. I also love the easy access to my favorite social networking sites. I purchase this phone mainly for emails and use while traveling aboard.

The power, features, and endless application capabilities.
Cons:
The keyboard is small and prone to striking wrong numbers and letters.
I especially like the clarity of the reception, and the ease of use for email and texting, both of which i am doing for the first time on a handheld device.looking forward to using multiple apps once i become proficient...
