Pros:
Global, SIM card comes preloaded Full QWERTY 256MB internal memory will accomodate a 16GB microSD card doesn't have OTA upgrade capability like the Storm more social networking features
Cons:
Lacking WiFi
The tour is running on os 4.7.1. It is featuring 3g technology, blackberry push technology enabling email and blackberry messenger. Its a global device with vz navigator global. It features v cast music w/rhapsody, supported by a 3.5 mm jack....

Pretty easy to use, helps keep up with e-mail when on the go
Cons:
Battery life isn't great, but as long as I charge it nightly, it holds
I'm very pleased with this phone. It's my first blackberry and has taken a little time to get used to, but i have no real complaints; i get solid reception, it's easy to text, it helps me keep up...
