Web, browsing, email capable, good keyboard
Cons:
BB apps are lacking. Not so easy to lock phone to prevent accidental calls
Great profile fits in the palm of your hand. Bb needs to catch up to apple and android with apps. Processor is a little slow. Lock down is a little hard to accomlish. Overall this phone fits...

the mouse pad works very well

the keyboard is small and hard to use
I think the phone is easy to use in general, i had the storm before so its taking a little getting used to but it hasn't been a difficult transition.

Pros:
I like that it is a smartphone and that it offers more than any other phone available.
I like the size and easy functioning that it has. I have tried the "touch" screen phones previously and had numerous issues. I love the idea that it is a smartphone as well.

Trackpad, ease of operation, immediate access to email, many great & useful features!
Cons:
Reading documents or articles on the internet gets irritating from having to slide back and forth but that's the only complaint.
