Pros:
SO far so good, the phone is still new too me. I really enjoy the layout of the phone ie. the menu i find it easy to navigate through

There is nothing that i do not like about the product
I think everything is great, i like that i am able to personalize it to my liking, for example i love that i can change my fonts to my likings.

Pros:
Easy to use and tons of features!
Cons:
The battery doesn't last very long and it took a couple days to get used to, but this is my first blackberry so there is a lot to see!
So far i love this phone! The only draw back is i have to charge everyday depending on how much i use it for internet use and messaging. Overall so far i'm very pleased with this phone!
