Pros:
GUI, screen resolution, great feel and intuitive phone.
Cons:
No 4g let, wish you could hide icons and had a more open app system.
Really agonized between this phone and samsung galaxy. If the iphone had 4g let and more user control of home screen displays it would have been no contest. The iphone has the better, more intuitive interface with really nice hardware...

I would like to see longer battery life
I like the iphone 4s very much. I found it user friendly right out of the box. Although i am just getting familiar with siri, the other features are quite easy to figure out. The selection of apps is amazing...

big numbers for dialing, like the weather app, like the GPS feature
