Steps to Success

1) Phone Interview

This interview is to provide you with detailed information about the Wireless Zone franchise system and for us to get to know you better.

2) Franchise Application

The Franchise Application form is completed on-line or via mail and submitted for review by the Franchise Committee.

3) Review FDD (Franchise Disclosure Document)

This is an FTC required disclosure and review of the Wireless Zone Franchise Disclosure Document.

4) FDD Q&A Follow-up

Speak with a Franchise Representative regarding the FDD and further questions you may have.

5) Site Selection and Approval

A Franchise Representative will assist you in determining your protected market area, may provide demographic information to help you select a retail site, and will submit to Verizon Wireless for approval.

6) Sign Franchise Agreement

7) Call with Franchise Coordinator

New Franchise Coordinator will go over build-out timelines, schedule training and put together a list of items that need to be completed prior to training and opening of your Wireless Zone franchise.

8) Build-out Team Begins Preparation For New Store

Our build-out department will work with you to draft store layout and exterior signage.

9) Training

Conducted at our corporate office in Connecticut and in Regional Training Stores, it's a combination of both classroom and actual operational training where you will be working at an established Wireless Zone Store.

10) Build-out

Build-out team will set up your Wireless Zone store with displays, modules, and retail counter.

11) Grand Opening

Work with our in-house advertising department to plan and implement your Grand Opening initiatives. A representative will be on-site the week of your Grand Opening to provide additional training and support.

12) Continued Training & Support

We will be available to answer any questions that arise as you build awareness in your community about your new store.
