Reports To: Director of Marketing
Non- Supervisory Position
Position Overview:
Contributes to department’s multimedia visions both in animated and interactive formats. Supports other departments in multi-media presentation content.
Functional Responsibilities:
1. Digital Content- Create motion based graphics for in-store digital signage, web and presentations. Works in a group or individually to develop concepts, storyboards and finished files.
2. Departmental Coordination- Work with Director of Marketing and Sr. Art Director to coordinate design and maintain consistency and high quality of creative. Researches and collects information on materials and image references relevant to project
3. Traffic Management- Organize and update digital content in stores and web. Attend meetings with other department members to gain information/instruction. Prepares project documentation and communicates concepts to sales and operations.
4. Vendor Relationships- Maintain present relationships and seek out new vendors to ensure cost effectiveness and quality. Reports on multimedia trends and proposes technical or creative improvement to work processes or visual contents
5. General- Complete any additional tasks assigned by supervisor.
Skills:
1. 2+ years professional Flash experience and an exciting portfolio that showcases your work.
2 Understanding of intermediate to advanced Actionscript coding
3. Ability to take concepts from design to completion
4. Interactive design using Flash, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator
5. Must have basic knowledge of print design. QuarkXpress experience a plus.
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication
6. Must be able to work under direction and juggle multiple assignments
7. Should demonstrate outstanding attention to detail

Reports To: Director of Advertising
Non- Supervisory Position
Position Overview:
Work with franchises relative to new and opening store information and set up, special project requests, advertising, managing of customer and store data bases, and creation and upkeep of individual store web pages. This position maintains contact and relationships on an ongoing basis with ATI franchisees, in order to create, proof, oversee, approve (through our carrier) place, expedite and finish all advertising requests and necessities from all Wireless Zone stores.
Candidate for this entry level position should be an energetic self starter, computer proficient in Microsoft Programs, possess good interpersonal communication skills and a Bachelors Degree.
Functional Responsibilities:
New Store/Transfer/Conversion/Termination Tasks
• Set up and update store web pages
• Website Grand Opening press release templates
• Update contact databases
• Determine direct mail program participation and manage program databases
• Process 1-800 number updates
• Update store location map
Administrative
• Sort and distribute incoming mail
• Order department supplies
• Collect and organize co-op reimbursement claims
• Maintain department files
Ad Trafficking Tasks / Account Services
• Work with Account Coordinators and franchisees relative to special project requests -- including issues, questions, opportunities, etc.
• Obtain approval from client
• Submit advertisements to carrier for co-op reimbursement approval
• Forward final ad to vendor/publication
Creative Services
Work with Director of Advertising and Account Coordinators to transition into preparing special project requests.
• Collaborate with Art Department to fulfill franchisee requests for advertisements
• Write advertising copy for print and electronic mediums
• Proof ad/project copy
